The newest version of Flexible Web Platorm also includes two new marketplaces; the first of which is for add-on modules. From here, you can install any add-on module developed for the system onto your site in just a matter of moments! This allows any website running FlexWP to have incredibly dynamic content, and provides you with the ability to grow it as you see fit. The second marketplace is for site templates. All templates sold here are hand-coded and fine-tuned to work flawlessly with FlexWP. With just a few clicks, you can instantly change the entire look and feel of your site. Customization doesn't stop there though, because all of our pre-made templates are able to be edited once they are installed!

FlexWC's dynamic code allows for multiple instances of the same class to be created. This produces increased speed and a drastic improvement in system resource usage for the site being powered. Host Your Way
NexsysLabs offers two choices for hosting - dedicated and shared. Shared hosting is cheaper, and means that you are sharing server space and resources with a number of other users. This is how most traditional hosting companies work. The difference between us and other companies is that we try to keep resources allocated as neatly as possible to avoid the fight for them that most other companies don't try to prevent. Dedicated hosting is the complete opposite of shared. With dedicated hosting, you have your own physical server, and all of it's resources are yours to use as you see fit. This boost in performance comes at an increased cost, but for high-traffic websites, dedicated hosting is the way to go!
No Overselling
There are many hosting companies out there that offer 'unlimited disk space' for their hosting plans. That's fantastic, right? Well, while it's true that it is technically 'unlimited', it comes at a cost. What 'unlimited disk space' really means is that you and an unknown number of other users are all fighting for the same amount of hard drive space. Consider this analogy: your mom bakes a cake for your birthday, and tells you and the 20 friends you invited over for the party that you can have 'unlimited cake'. So, if you have greedy friends, or don't get to the cake in time, you could end up with the tiniest sliver -- or none at all! With NexsysLabs hosting, we make sure that every client gets what they pay for, and that we don't sacrifice your service for our profits. Server Interconnectivity
Two networks are connected to every server managed by NexsysLabs. The first is a public network. This is the network that connects your server or website to the Internet and allows for users to reach your content. The second, private network, is a higher speed connection used to move data between servers, perform updates, and provide other server-to-server functionality. If you have several servers or websites with us, the private network allows for blazing fast connectivity between your online assets.
Guarding Our Servers
All of our servers are configured to work with an advanced firewall. Not only is this firewall updated continuously, but it is also smart enough to detect and block attacks on its own. The firewall is also configured in a cluster formation with our servers. This means that if an intrusion is detected, that server will not only block the attack, but report it to the other machines in its cluster to prevent the attack from continuing onto another server. Real-time attack updates are also sent to our support staff who can react instantly if action needs to be taken.
Finding Your Website
Nameservers are critical to any web infrastructure. Without them, users are unable to reach a resource using its familiar FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name). For example, without nameservers, typing a URL like NexsysLabs.com or Google.com into a web browser would produce absolutely nothing. To combat this situation, NexsysLabs provides a redundant DNS cluster to ensure that your website can always be found. If one server fails, another in the cluster will pick up for it providing seamless service.
Protecting Your Data
Second only to protecting your data from falling into the wrong hands is protecting it from accidental loss. While we do offer MySQL backups as an option for protecting information put into your databases, all of our client's information is kept on hard drives in a RAID (Redundant Array of Independent Disks) configuration. If a hard drive ever suffers catastrophic failure, an exact duplicate instantly kicks into gear, and your users never know the difference. An alert is then sent out and the damaged disk is replaced.

Your site needs to be up and running 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year. A good website is like an employee that never sleeps, and that's just what we aim to offer. Our datacenter is ready for any disaster, as well as power loss. Not only does it have its own set of generators, but it also boasts direct connections to two different power facilities. It also has top-notch fire and flood prevention systems. Additionally, it offers extreme physical security. All visitors must report to a front desk, where their identities are verified and an escort is assigned. All employees must wear their given identification at all times as well. With all these different security and failsafe procedures in place, you can rest assured that your data is safe with us.

Whether it was walking door-to-door selling candy as a young child, or building highly flexible web systems with NexsysLabs, Jake has always had an entrepreneurial mindset.

At age 11, Jake began learning web development techniques and the concepts behind how computers work. After teaching himself many different programming languages and computer security/networking concepts, Jake took his first information technology class at age 17 -- getting his CompTIA A+ certification the same year. During that same year, Jake began doing independent contracting for businesses and individuals around the Toledo, Ohio area. Soon after, many different developers and designers from around the nation contacted Jake for assistance with their own projects. As these developer friendships increased, so did the leads -- Jake Warner was becoming known among some of the most known developers in the Northwest Ohio area.

In the spring of 2009, Jake was accepted by Ohio Northern University and was invited to their Distinguished Award Day event. After competing against roughly 450 other students for 4 scholarships, Jake won Ohio Northern University's Leadership Scholarship.

After graduating from high school, Jake decided to put college aside -- turning down the leadership scholarship he had won -- and pursued his dreams of entrepreneurship. In June of 2009, Jake Warner took the leap from independent contracting/self-employment and founded NexsysLabs.
